#3) Friends and Family.  I have to put this on the list of things I’m thankful for for obvious reasons.  Over the years, I’ve developed close friendships with may people.  Mostly college friends that are as close to me as family.  But also many of my friends from Crossroads.  These relationships are so close it’s almost indistinguishable from family.

These are the friends that have helped me through the hard times, and helped me celebrate the good times over the years.  But I don’t want to exclude my actual family.  My brother, my sister and her family, they have all done the same, supported me, loved me, celebrated with me, cried with me.

I can’t imagine how I would be without the blessing of all the people that have surrounded me over the years.

#4) A good cup of caf.

I can sense through the Force your confusion at this.  Seriously, I never said that the things I would list as being thankful for would have deep significant meanings.   

Think about it thought.  A good cup  of caf means I can appreciate my sense of smell and my sense of taste.  A good cup of caf helps wake me up in the morning (usually), makes a great way to relax on a rainy afternoon, and a good cup of decaf caf (yeah, figure that one out) can be a great way to end a day.  So yes, I’m thankful for a good cup of caf.
