A few random thoughts

So yesterday was New Years Eve day. And a strange way to end 2015. We celebrated the life of a good friend and a true definition of a disciple making disciple. Lesa Underwood Bowley was called hme, and while we miss her, we know she’s in a better place. After a long drive home, we visited with family for a time, enjoying dinner and celebrating my brothers in law’s upcoming birthday.

Today, a good sleep in, a traditional breakfast casserole to start the day, and now more time visiting with family.

So, do I have any resolutions for 2016? No. Personal goals, yes, which are the same as always. Make my family (meaning my wife and my hopeful new child) a priority, make my relationship with God stronger every day, be more fiscally wise, and be smarter and wiser about my eating and exercise choices.

I am convinced this will be a good year
