I know I shouldn’t complain. It’s always good to have a job. But right now, after fighting for nearly 4 hours with customer support, I just want this day to be over. Fortunately, they are finally agreeing to ship out a replacement unit for a customer’s defective piece of hardware.
Why don’t they just listen to us in the first place, and this could have been resolved 3.5 hours ago?
And that’s my random thought of the day.
