I’ve come to the tough decision that I am NOT going to try and run this year’s Evansville Half Marathon. I’ve been off track on my running and training schedule, and am far enough behind that I believe I would do more damage to myself than good trying to get caught up to the training schedule.
I am, however, modifying my schedule to keep physically fit and in shape. Still plan on running 2 days a week or so (with hopefully a routine 4-5 mile run on Saturdays), strength and/or cardio training 1-2 days a week, and getting back into martial arts once a week.
God, please give me strength and determination.
