I mentioned in an earlier post that we’d be trying to make homemade breakfast burritos to freeze and reheat instead of buying premade ones. Turns out, yes, it is a lot cheaper and a lot easier. There’s a minor investment in time to prepare them, but in the end, it’s worth it.
Yeah, so I took a bite out of it already. So? It’s just scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage wrapped in a tasty tortilla shell. If you want a quick breakfast on the go, take an hour some weekend (it probably won’t even take you that long), premake some of these, wrap them in aluminum foil, and toss them in the freezer.
