Listening to Sean Hannity while working today.
He was listing all of the foods at a state fair being help this week. I was amazed at the number of foods that are served “on a stick”. Even worse, my stomach was churching with the number of deep-fried foods that are available.
Losing weight by being on the WW plan is amazing. I’ve finally lost a full 20 lbs, am off a blood pressure med and my blood pressure is very near a normal rate now. I’m no longer sleeping with a CPAP machine, feeling good, and loving it.
Why on earth would I subject myself to all that deep fried food on a stick and just start gaining weight back? Really? I don’t even want to think about the temptation of Fall Fest in a few months.
One trip, one small amount of something, and lots and lots of exercise that week. Oh wait, I’m doing a half marathon on the Sunday AFTER Fall Fest. There’s a bunch of activity points.
