Morning Bell: Obama’s Attack on Private Industry

 

Okay, having read this, I tend to agree that the NLRB is probably going beyond it’s mandate.  But in looking for more information, here’s my question;

If the NLRB is filing a “complaint”, what legal ramifications does that have? I know an “injunction” means they couldn’t build, but they didn’t ask for one, they are just filing a complaint.  So, what’s a complaint?

Can someone with more legal knowledge please explain this a little more?  Thanks.
