Three cups of caf this morning and it just doesn’t seem like enough. Sitting at work, monitoring results of some support work from last week and I’m feeling exhausted. Slept great last night, but just can’t get energy this am. Oh well.
Disappointed in myself for run training. Didn’t get a chance to run Friday or Saturday due to pain in my legs. Tried to make a 5 mile run Sunday, and failed miserably at that, making it only about 2.5-3 miles before having to interval the remaining distance. Does not bode well for trying to do a half marathon in a few months. Butt, meet foot. Foot, meet butt, and make it get to gym (treadmill or the road) today and get that full 3.5 miles in after work.
