And yes, that is a marker at 188.2.  1.1 lbs to hit my 10% goal weight.  About 13 more to go to hit my goal weight.  Tomorrow (Thursday morning), working out with Danielle before work.  this should be fun.  Half  hour on the track with Dani, and perhaps another half hour on the treadmill to work in some running.  We’ll see.
