Well, according to my latest Weight Watchers check in, I’ve lost another 3.6 lbs, bringing my total weight loss o far to 16.2 lbs!!!!

I can certainly feel the difference, as even my size 36 waist pants are becoming too large to wear.  Pretty soon I’ll have to go an get some new size 34 waist pants.  And I’m not exactly complaining about this!

Plus, the exercising I’ve added to my daily routine has been good.  Trying to run/jog or do some strength training daily.  30 minutes each day really does feel good.  Plus, I have been building up my ability to run more and more often.  Hopefully soon I’ll be able to do a full 30 minutes of running in a single instance, not broken up.  But the interval training is helping.
