So, I once again joined Weight Watchers in an effort to lose weight and get my self healthier. The eating right plan is helping. In one week, I managed to lose 2.6 pounds. Now all I need to do is get back on the treadmill or actually walking outside and start getting my cardio back in shape.
If you don’t know about Weight Watchers, let me just say, it’s not a diet. It’s just a way of eating right. Portion control, paying attention to what kind of foods I’m eating, and eating more veggies and fruit. My goal is 187 (10% of my body weight), but I’m actually aiming for 180. Keep an eye out for more updates.
