Today mom and dad would have been celebrating their wedding anniversary. Sadly, as of this writing, I can’t remember how many years it would have been. I certainly hope they are enjoying it together in heaven. I miss them.

For the record, I have a serious problem voting for either establishment candidate. Both those parties are the ones that have gotten this country into the firestorm of a mess that it’s in. Why should I vote to continue the disgrace that our political system has become?

First week of trying to actually lose my weight. Last week Monday I checked in at 195 lbs. Today, 192 lbs. This is good encouragement.
