Our universe was created with some of the most awe-inspiring and beautiful sights we could ever imagine.
Stellar nurseries birthing countless stars, nebulas so vast the distance from one end to the other is further than we can truly comprehend, deadly, yet beautiful stellar mass black holes and galaxy centered supermassive black holes, pulsars, quasars, magnetars, white dwarf stars and Super Red Giant stars, stars so huge they could contain billions and billions of copies of our own planet.
So how is it that quite possibly the most amazing and awe inspiring sight in the universe is the beauty of a sunrise as seen, uninterrupted and unobstructed, from a deserted beach? Twice this week I have been blessed to witness this amazing creation by our Lord. Both times, I found myself humbled that while He created everything mentioned above, He gave us the galactic beauty of something so simple as a morning sunrise.
Really, exactly how great is our God?
