Our President has the gall to call the Supreme Court “unelected people", which, despite being technically correct, ARE CONSTITUTIONALLY CORRECT?!?!? And he uses it as an insult, which seems oxymoronic, since he appointed Sotomayor to the bench!! She’s one of his “unelected people!”!!!!!
Did this Constitutional lawyer suddenly forget that the Supreme Court is a CO-EQUAL branch of our government, and he can’t WARN them of anything?! He can’t do anything against them. So what’s he going to do if they find the health care act unconstitutional, throw a temper tantrum?!

Uh, excuse me, but that’s what the Supreme Court is supposed to do; rule on the constitutionality of laws that are passed!!! They surely can’t rule on the constitutionality of laws that DON’T pass; they wouldn’t be laws and thus wouldn’t need a ruling!!!
Any president, no matter the political affiliation, who said something like what our current president said is a sad excuse for a leader, imho.
